What It Does

All bulk email — campaigns, promos, and automated sequences. Self-hosted for data sovereignty. Manages subscriber lists, handles unsubscribes automatically, and provides delivery analytics. Karen triggers broadcasts; humans review campaigns before send.

Known Issues

SMTP auth failing with 535 error — needs cPanel password reset on mail.oshunja.com. Use Gmail fallback until resolved.

Campaigns 2 and 3 are in DRAFT status — not yet sent.

Env var must be SMTP_PASSWORD inside the container — SMTP_PASS will silently fail.
